At Eclipse Sample Sales, we strive to offer exclusive fashion at unbeatable prices; however, due to the limited nature of our events, all items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the full purchase price will be sent to your email.
